Many education experts think that evaluating teachers&#8217; performance is critical to improving the quality of education in schools, but the methods and metrics used to evaluate teachers&#8217; effectiveness remain a subject of much debate.<\/p>\n<p>Some schools have already shifted towards holistic evaluation models that take into account factors such as teacher observation, student engagement, and teacher feedback from students and colleagues. Others have turned to more innovative approaches, such as using software to analyze teacher performance data.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the ongoing debate about the best methods for evaluating teacher performance, there is widespread agreement that effective teacher evaluation is crucial for improving educational outcomes. By identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support and professional development, schools can help their teachers become more effective and ultimately help their students succeed.<\/p>\n<p>To this end, K12NET has launched a new module called Staff Observations, which allows schools to produce and report evaluation forms that can be filled out by different users.
