Payroll made easy!
K12NET customers are able to create employee contracts in the system and deduct wage transactions from financial accounts. With a recent update in the system, schools now can introduce earning and deduction categories in K12NET, download an excel sheet with all staff contracts in the system and prepare the monthly payment vouchers by entering all earning and deduction amounts on the sheet. Once completed, the file can be uploaded in K12NET and payments will be processed.
Schools can also share this file with their respective banks for monthly salary transfers. As usual, all transactions will trigger the financial accounts in K12NET and can be reported in detail.
