As the academic year comes to a close, discussions about teacher performance evaluations are beginning to heat up once again. Many education experts think that evaluating teachers’ performance is critical to improving the quality of education in schools, but the methods and metrics used to evaluate teachers’ effectiveness remain a subject of much debate.
