The latest update in K12NET allowed teachers to share the questions they created on the editor. Questions can easily be shared by clicking the forwarding button next to the item or the folder. In case a folder is selected, all questions contained in the folder will be shared. Before sharing the questions, the author can decide whether the recipients can edit the questions or not. They can also create various recipient groups which can be selected to share questions whenever they like.
This will add great value to the schools as teachers will be able to share their questions with assessment department, lead teachers and their colleagues. Questions can be sent to a central repository, reviewed, analysed, refined and shared with the respective teachers. The feature can be used to create a refined question bank which is an invaluable asset for educational organizations.
The feature can as well be used at enterprise scale. Network schools which have multiple campuses and directorates, can use the feature to streamline item development and distribution between head office and schools.
