January 19, 2022Staff Duty Roster is now available in K12NET
Our recent addition to K12NET has been a very good example of our customer-driven development strategy. We have received inquiries from a number of schools for a tool to manage staff duty roster in K12NET. Although creating the roaster has not been a big burden for the schools, frequents changes in the roaster and notifying staff members has been time consuming. With our new wizard, staff members get notifications whenever the school creates a duty for them or cancels one. Moreover, they also get reminders about their duty several times to ensure they do not forget.
The wizard also provides ease for admins, as it allows to copy and paste a weekly roaster to any date interval. Once duty locations are specified, staff members can easily be selected from existing staff at the school and duty timings can be set. The wizard also allows admins to take staff duty attendance.
